NFT is undoubtedly the most useful blockchain application, however right now it is just connected with JPEGs and farts in a jar. Take a peek at some of these intriguing tools

NFT has become the punchline of jokes, which is bad for crypto.

Finally, there is something that can demonstrate to the world the potential of blockchain technology and what cryptocurrency is capable of, but instead it has devolved into a bizarre money-grabbing scheme involving JPEGs. As a novelty, it was kind of cool, but not really anymore.

NFT, however, is much more, and it merits better. Decoupling the JPEG from NFT will help us change the situation.
Here is a random list of examples:

  • Land deeds and proof of ownership. - What's particularly cool about this is that it can even track changes to the property over time.
  • Medical records - Imagine having access to your own personal medical NFT ledger, which you may grant or withhold at anytime.
This includes keeping track of who has accessed your data for marketing, insurance, or research.
  • IP and patents can be validated and documented so that it is clear who invented what.
  • Any form of ID is now easily verifiable and challenging to counterfeit, so someone can't just scan your driver's license and create a copy of it.
  • You understand what I mean when I say "Ticketmaster killer." Additionally, NFT tickets can easily be connected to unique subevents like autograph sessions, VIP access, and other things.
  • Linking to resources in the actual world to ensure authenticity. One that I just heard of involved connecting a car's odometer and preventing individuals from turning it back.
  • Anything that necessitates a written agreement.
  • Notary.
